The GymboPro Water Resistance Rowing Machine utilises a water resistance system to simulate the feeling of rowing on water as closely as possible, no flat spots on your stroke and the soothing noise of water being churned as you work out.

The height adjustable computer allows you to keep track of your workout and If a relaxing day rowing down a river is not for you then there is a tablet / phone holder to help keep you entertained. Time, strokes per minute, distance, calories, and stroke total are all displayed, the computer is powered by 2 AAA batteries (included) so there are no limitations to where you can use the rower.

The resistance is created by the user’s efforts, and this can be fine-tuned by adjusting the water level between 12 and 18 litres. The harder and quicker you row the more effort that is required to pull the blades / paddles through the water tank.

The rowing handle is soft and comfortable, the footrests are angled for the optimum rowing position and the easy to use Velcro straps keep your feet from moving. The seat has been ergonomically designed and the top quality bearings and rollers provide a smooth gliding motion along the rail.
