Description
The BodyTrain Elite Weight Bench has been built to the same high standard as our Standard and Advanced weight benches but comes with additional features.
As well as the adjustable backrest which is adjustable between flat and two inclined positions and the butterfly & leg curl/extension stations you also get height-adjustable bench press barbell holders and a removable height adjustable preacher pad for really targeting the biceps when curling.
The BodyTrain Elite Bench is built from steel tubing that is very stable and safe the frame is sprayed with a high-quality chip-resistant paint to further improve the life span of this high-quality piece of home training equipment. Rubber feet are fitted to the end of each wide foot to prevent slipping and to protect hard floors. Easy clean PVC leather coats the 4cm thick multi-layer foam padding to ensure maximum comfort even when pushing heavy weights. The bench also folds away for space-saving storage.

Delivery throughout the whole of Ireland and we endeavour to have your item with you within 7 working days from date of purchase.

Delivery is a one man kerbside delivery and you should ensure to have somebody available to help the driver with the item if it’s over 30kg.

The delivery drivers are used to handling bulky products however assistance will be required with the 7ft games tables.
You will need to make arrangements for assistance to be provided on the agreed delivery date.
When will my item be delivered?
- Your order is received into our warehouse and is picked and packed ready for collection and delivery to you.
- Tracking details will be sent direct to the email address provided on the order.
- You will receive a text message or call from the courier to confirm a delivery date and time.
- If for any reason, you cannot accept delivery at this time, it is easy to rearrange for a more convenient time.
Delivery timescales can sometimes be delayed by different factors such as weather, transport system congestion & busy periods so from time to time delivery may take a little longer than the stated time. We will endeavour to let you know of any delays before they happen but sometimes this is outside of our control.

Great value and communication
Bought mainly for my son, just finished his GCSEs. Excellent delivery and top quality product. I messed up part of the assembly and was emailed detailed diagrams and pictures to help. Communication was excellent throughout. I have since used the weight bench and in my opinion it is great quality for the money, easy to build and use. I would easily recommend Sports and Leisure to purchase from.

Good quality product
The weight bench is an excellent purchase and is the main part of my home gym. It is a quality product. Delivery was excellent and it was easy to assemble. The instructions were emailed separately well before the product arrived as the one in box was incorrect.

Good bench for price
Nice bench,think it is for smaller people,,I am 6'2" and my feet touch the floor on leg curl,so can't use this part.

Bought this a few months ago been using it now solidly since then and for the money is worth it I would say it's not the best quality but for less than 100 quid you cannot complain does exactly what it says on the tin would recommend
