If you are looking for a top of the range home fitness equipment then you cannot go wrong with the Iron Man Advanced Seven Station Home Multi Gym! Two can train at the same time and the seven stations allows over 100 different exercises to be performed allowing massive training variety.
The huge 100kg weight stack that is included with this gym should be plenty for even the most serious of trainers. Weight changes can be done quickly and safely with the easy-pull pin locking system allowing you to easily switch between training the big muscle groups or targeting a specific smaller muscle.
The extra-strong frame is built from steel box section that is then powder coated with a chip resistant finish for added durability. The tough but smooth-running pulley system uses braided steel cable sheathed in plastic for extra protection.
This advanced 7 station gym not only features a dedicated stepper and leg press but also a leg extension station, a dip and padded leg raise station, a lat pulldown bar with rest, a multi-function chest exercise section, a curved sit up bench that included 2x 1.5kg dumbbells and storage for these, a cable for rowing and other exercises there is also a preacher pad to really target the biceps. This gym has been designed to be as versatile as possible, giving a wide range of exercise options in as compact as possible unit.
A small sample of the many possible exercises are:
  • Butterfly/Chest Press – targets triceps and pecs
  • Leg Curl/Thigh Extension – targets calves & thighs
  • Curved Sit-Up bench – targets all major core muscles
  • Arm Curl Pad – targets the biceps and triceps
  • Dip Stand – targets – chest, shoulders and tricep muscles
  • Lateral Pull Down – targets triceps, shoulders, pecs & obliques
  • Upright Row Station – targets the major back muscles
  • Stepper / Leg Press Stations – targets legs

    There is a massive 100kg weight stack included with this gym, this massive weight stack should be plenty for even the most serious of trainers. Weight changes can be done quickly and safely with the easy pull pin locking system.

    Delivery throughout the whole of Ireland and we endeavour to have your item with you within 7 working days from date of purchase.

    Delivery is a one man kerbside delivery and you should ensure to have somebody available to help the driver with the item if it’s over 30kg.

    The delivery drivers are used to handling bulky products however assistance will be required with the 7ft games tables.
    You will need to make arrangements for assistance to be provided on the agreed delivery date.

    3. You will receive a text message or call from the courier to confirm a delivery date and time.
    4. If for any reason, you cannot accept delivery at this time, it is easy to rearrange for a more convenient time.

    Delivery timescales can sometimes be delayed by different factors such as weather, transport system congestion & busy periods so from time to time delivery may take a little longer than the stated time. We will endeavour to let you know of any delays before they happen but sometimes this is outside of our control.
