Description
The IronMan Flat Weight Training Bench & 32kg Standard Dumbbell Set is a great value package that contains a perfect space-saving, versatile training solution, great for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
The IronMan Flat Weight Training Bench features a thick padded cushion that is covered in a wipe clean durable PU leather that keeps you comfortable while you train. The wide foot support gives great stability and has a rubber foot to protect flooring. The slimline design of the bench allows for full extension when doing chest exercises.
The bench measures 115cm long x 60cm wide x 41.8cm high and weighs 12.8kg it is delivered in a carton that is 121 x 38 x19cm 15.5kg and some assembly is required. An assembly manual and all the required tools for assembly are supplied.

The 32kg dumbbell set is an ideal complement to anyone’s home gym.
This incredible value standard dumbbell set includes two 47cm (1kg each) dumbbells plus 12 heavy duty 2.5kg weight plates.
2 shake proof collars are provided for each bar to keep the weight secure during your workouts.
The bars have ergonomic textured plastic covered the steel bars to make your hands feel more comfortable and secure while you’re pumping iron.
Delivery throughout the whole of Ireland and we endeavour to have your item with you within 7 working days from date of purchase.
Throughout the Delivery process we do endeavour to keep you informed of the delivery progress either by text or email.
Delivery is a one man kerbside delivery and you should ensure to have somebody available to help the driver with the item if it’s over 30kg.
7ft Games Tables
The delivery drivers are used to handling bulky products however assistance will be required with the 7ft games tables.
You will need to make arrangements for assistance to be provided on the agreed delivery date.
When will my item be delivered?
- Your order is received into our warehouse and is picked and packed ready for collection and delivery to you.
- Tracking details will be sent direct to the email address provided on the order.
- You will receive a text message or call from the courier to confirm a delivery date and time.
- If for any reason, you cannot accept delivery at this time, it is easy to rearrange for a more convenient time.
Delivery timescales can sometimes be delayed by different factors such as weather, transport system congestion & busy periods so from time to time delivery may take a little longer than the stated time. We will endeavour to let you know of any delays before they happen but sometimes this is outside of our control.
