The IronMan Flat Weight Training Bench & 20kg Pump Barbell Set is a great value package that contains a perfect space-saving, versatile training solution, great for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
The IronMan Flat Weight Training Bench features a thick padded cushion that is covered in a wipe clean durable PU leather that keeps you comfortable while you train. The wide foot support gives great stability and has a rubber foot to protect flooring. The slimline design of the bench allows for full extension when doing chest exercises.
The bench measures 115cm long x 60cm wide x 41.8cm high and weighs 12.8kg it is delivered in a carton that is 121 x 38 x19cm 15.5kg and some assembly is required. An assembly manual and all the required tools for assembly are supplied.

The IronMan 20kg Pump Barbell set features our 3-piece threaded barbell (2.5kg), two flip lock collars and 17.5kg of Vinyl Coated Plates. This set is perfect for home fitness use.
The barbell is 140cm long and weighs 2.5kg)(which makes up part of the 20kg set) and a standard 1inch diameter so you can add any other weights it is made from chrome The barbell comes in 3 sections so it’s easy to transport and store, screws together tight and securely. Foam padding means its comfortable for longer use and on the shoulders.
The Weight plates feature anti-roll design are colour coded, vinyl covered to protect them and flooring. Textured hand grips make them great to use as dumbbells or kettlebells
The quick release flip lock collars keeps weight plates secure and weight changes quick, so you won’t waste time, ideal for pump classes where quick changes are essential!

Delivery is a one man kerbside delivery and you should ensure to have somebody available to help the driver with the item if it’s over 30kg.

The delivery drivers are used to handling bulky products however assistance will be required with the 7ft games tables.
You will need to make arrangements for assistance to be provided on the agreed delivery date.

When will my item be delivered?

  2. Tracking details will be sent direct to the email address provided on the order.
  3. You will receive a text message or call from the courier to confirm a delivery date and time.
  4. If for any reason, you cannot accept delivery at this time, it is easy to rearrange for a more convenient time.

Delivery timescales can sometimes be delayed by different factors such as weather, transport system congestion & busy periods so from time to time delivery may take a little longer than the stated time. We will endeavour to let you know of any delays before they happen but sometimes this is outside of our control.
