The IronMan Adjustable Weight Training Bench is ideal for home fitness training and is perfect if you are looking for a top specification bench at a fantastic price. Offering flat, inclined and declined positions you can effectively vary your workouts and target different muscle groups. The declined position makes this bench perfect to do weighted crunches to target the core, the padding and ankle restraints will ensure your comfort.
The IronMan Adjustable Weight Training Bench is also perfect for bicep curls, chest press, shoulder press, leg, back and many more exercises. The quick and simple adjustment offers 12 backrest positions from a 20 degree decline all the way up to upright (90 degrees) and 3 different seat angles.
The IronMan bench is made from strong steel which is painted with chip-resistant metallic paint, anti-slip feet ensure the bench remains stable and secure during use and also protect hard floors. The backrest and seat have a comfortable thick padded high-density multi-layer foam cushion that is covered with a soft non-slip black PVC leather that is easy to clean. There are wheels and a handle for easy movement
The IronMan 20kg Pump Barbell set features our 3-piece threaded barbell (2.5kg), two flip lock collars and 17.5kg of Vinyl Coated Plates. This set is perfect for home fitness use.
The barbell is 140cm long and weighs 2.5kg (which makes up part of the 20kg set) and a standard 1inch diameter so you can add any other weights it is made from chrome The barbell comes in 3 sections so its easy to transport and store, screws together tight and securely. Foam padding means its comfortable for longer use and on the shoulders.
The Weight plates feature anti-roll design are colour coded, vinyl covered to protect them and flooring. Textured hand grips make them great to use as dumbbells or kettlebells
The quick release flip lock collars keeps weight plates secure and weight changes quick so you won’t waste time, ideal for pump classes where quick changes are essential!

Delivery is a one man kerbside delivery and you should ensure to have somebody available to help the driver with the item if it’s over 30kg.

7ft Games Tables

The delivery drivers are used to handling bulky products however assistance will be required with the 7ft games tables.
You will need to make arrangements for assistance to be provided on the agreed delivery date.

When will my item be delivered?

  1. Your order is received into our warehouse and is picked and packed ready for collection and delivery to you.
  2. Tracking details will be sent direct to the email address provided on the order.
  3. You will receive a text message or call from the courier to confirm a delivery date and time.
  4. If for any reason, you cannot accept delivery at this time, it is easy to rearrange for a more convenient time.

Delivery timescales can sometimes be delayed by different factors such as weather, transport system congestion & busy periods so from time to time delivery may take a little longer than the stated time. We will endeavour to let you know of any delays before they happen but sometimes this is outside of our control.
